Screening rights
Private DVD sales are made according to copyright laws.
Institutional sales are made to educational and non-profit organisations. Rights include the ability to screen to non-paying audiences, keep a copy in the library, but not to make any reproductions or invite an audience to an event where tickets are for sale.
Festival and theatrical screenings: please get in touch to negotiate specific rates for festival and theatrical screenings.

Terms of sale and right of return
DVDs are sold according to Norwegian law. If you find you have been sent the wrong product, or that the product is damaged before opening the cellophane wrapping, please return it as soon as possible (to reach us within 14 days) to receive a new copy. This is according to the Norwegian Angrerettloven which states that you have 14days unconditional right to return the goods you purchased and have the sum refunded. The goods that are returned must be in the condition you received them (unopened).

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched from us to you, please send an email to post@dokumentarkino.no or ring us on 99013403. Please be ready to provide the sales order number.

If you wish to return goods to us, please use the form attched to your confirmation email. According to Angrerettlovens paragraf 15 all costs involved in returning the goods shall be borne by the purchaser. As soon as we receive the goods we will refund your money to the credit card used for purchase.

Product information
DVDs are provided in standard European Zone 2 format. They are delivered in plastic DVD boxes, wrapped in sealed celophane, and marked with 'medietilsyn' stickers unique to each unit.

Credit card security
All transactions carried out from our website are handled by PayPal - one of the major recognised and most respected e-commerce companies. Details of the security measures can be found on their website.

Privacy
All information on this webiste is protected- we will not forward your details to anyone else.

Delivery
Delivery time in Norway will normally take less than one week, dependent on periods of absence by our staff. If the goods are damaged in transit the consumer must report this to us within two days of receipt. The Post Office will then replace anything it is responsible for. The original packaging must be included in the formal complaint to the Post Office.
